This bottle of green sauce contains a lot of stuff that we found in our late-summer garden at home. A bucket of cucamelons, a bag of chillies and a sack of herbs. After they fermented for a couple of months we finished them off with our very own feijoa vinegar from last year. The result is a deeply umami, strangely addictive condiment you will keep coming back to. As with all our gear, there are no rules as to what you can enjoy them with, but we suggest fish tacos for this one.....

This is a one-time batch. Never to be repeated. Get in while you can.

Ingredients:

tomatillos, cucamelons, jalapeños, salt, caroliner reapers, garlic, coriander, green onions, spices + UC feijoa vinegar
